What is GloriaDelivery.com?
GloriaDelivery is an online ordering platform, brought to you by Gloria Jean’s Coffees in Limassol, Cyprus. Through this easy to use system you can browse, customize and order products right to your doorstep without leaving your house or the workplace and without picking up the phone!
What products can I order on this website?
All products found in our physical stores are also available on our online ordering platform, with the exception of ice creams, waffles and merchandise.
How to order?
First, you must create an account. You can do so by going to your Account page or by clicking the link under / next to any product. Once registered and logged-in, you will be able to customize products and add them to your basket. When done, simply go to your Basket page to finalise and place your order. How can I customize a product in my order?
Once logged-in, a “Customize” section will appear next to each product. Depending on the product you are viewing, different customisation options are available which allow you to create a truly customised Gloria Jean’s Coffees experience.
You have complete freedom to choose among different drink sizes, coffee strength levels, milk types, sugar kinds and amounts, to add various flavours to your drink and even write a custom note to the barista preparing your drink, right before adding the product to your basket:
Can I add a comment / description to my order?
You can add specific notes related to each product you are customising but you may also want to add overall order notes (e.g., “Call me when outside”). You may do so on the address confirmation page, right before placing your order. Have a look at the screenshot below for visual assistance:
What is the “My Basket” section? What is the “Add to Basket” button?
When the button “Add to Basket” is clicked, the product you are viewing goes into your order basket. You can think of it as your shopping basket in a supermarket. Once you are ready to place your order, go to your Basket page. All products added during the current ordering session will be visible as a list. At this point you may review, edit and confirm your order items and proceed to the next step (address confirmation) of placing your order.
I can’t see the “Add to Basket” button
There are 2 potential reasons for this. Either you are not yet logged-in (in which case you may simply go to your Account page and connect to the system), or you are accessing the website during non-delivery hours. See our delivery hours schedule above.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?
Take advantage of our special offers when placing your order. Once you have customized your desired products and added them to your basket, simply go to your Basket page and enter your code into the “Coupon code” field, near the bottom of the page. Then click on the “Apply Coupon” button to check and apply your code to the order (first screenshot). The same process can be applied on the order address confirmation page (second screenshot)

Why do I have to login before ordering?
An account allows us to provide you with a speedier service. Things like your favourite addresses, products and previous orders are available to you without the additional hassle of manually adding them before each order. Furthermore, an account acts as a confirmation that we are delivering to your address since you cannot register before validating your postcode.
Can I somehow copy a previous order again, without having to add all products one by one?
Absolutely! Simply go to your Previous Orders page and you will find them listed there. Here, you can review items previously ordered, the total order prices and most importantly, order again the same items without adding them manually one by one. Once you click on the “Order Again” button, your basket will be filled with the items from that previous order. At this point you will be able to edit, customize or remove those items and either finalise and place your order or continue adding more items to your basket. What are the delivery hours?
We deliver between 08:00 and 18:00, from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Which areas are available for delivery?
We currently only deliver within Limassol. Before ordering or customising products you will be asked to register, where you can check whether we deliver to your postcode. For any further questions feel free to contact us here.
How much does delivery cost?
We proudly offer free delivery to all orders!
How long does it take for products to arrive at my address?
Delivery times heavily depend on various factors such as current order load, traffic status and weather conditions. We strive to provide an utmost speedy experience to all of our customers and that’s why each order is being served through the Gloria Jean’s Coffees store closest to the specific address.
What payment methods are available?
At the moment, you can only pay with cash upon your order being delivered to you. We plan on providing an online payment option as well very soon. Follow us on Facebook to receive all of our updates first!
